Page 3 Layout

I decided last page that Lucy would be making a little wormy beast screech out to attract something else.

This is that something else.
To put this page simply, This guy has been woken up by the Screech. And that all i wanted to show in this one.

I came up with this design simply based on shape. and the fact i like beasties.
I thought i would make him similar to the "rocks?" he's on to maybe suggest that these things would be hard to find unless you attracted them to you.

These things hate the sound that the Screech is making.
I make all the words and sound FX on a separate layer that i hide... till i can do it right.

I should have mentioned before that for the last page that you heard some lyrics to the "Offworld Slagrock" music Lucy is playing from her arm. (the music makes the Screech call out)

Through email I made my brother write me some lyrics to the music while he was on his first cup of coffee. so its pretty hilarious.

anyway, back to this page---

I was pretty happy with the simple design of this page, and it fits the simplistic page layouts i wanted for this comic.
any real detail and fun stuff i will add when i do the finished inks.
