KrillinGoku's best friend and early rival, Krillin was trained by Muten-Roshi and participated in many of the Budokai Tenkaichi tournaments. Although there are many other warriors more powerful than him, he is the most powerful human fighter.

Oh, and I want to point out after reading your other comments that 18 is lucky to have Kuri-chan, not the other way around. They fell in love because he saved her from the bomb inside her like, twice, saved her from getting killed by his friends and revived her with the dbs. He's bringing sexy back.

Yeah, in many ways your right, but honestly I think what he did for her was a big thing, she saw he was more concerned for her happiness than his own, which does a lot for a girl. I can say that by wishing the bomb out of 17 he really did a lot for himself.

I'm not a girl so I find it a little difficult to relate to.
I always have seen self-sacrifice as an act of love, but I just don't know if it would be enough to maintain a relationship. I've never really had anyone give up something for me, nor have I had someone outside of my family display those acts; but if they did, I just don't know if I would feel love on a intimate or sexual level. Maybe you could explain it better for me.

My point is that she never loved anybody or anything except 17 and debatably 16. It was this act of kindness towards her that made her see herself as something other than a killer and this awakening of the human heart was a wonderful gift. It's the fact that Kuririn is the only man who saw her as a woman, even though she was a cyborg who could easily kill him, that the relationship is based off. He trusted her goodness, and that trust is the basis.

No, but seriously, he is the most understated and unappreciated character in DBZ except for maybe Chichi. I mean, without him Goku would never have even gone SSJ.

Krillin is definitely among the underrated and unappreciated characters in the series especially when it came to having story-lines, they usually dealt with Krillin wanting to focus on relationships over his fighting. DBZ was epic in it's storytelling but it's one major fault after Freiza was the lack of development in characters ,instead it jumped right into the oddly thought out Cell/Buu Sagas and the... super saiyan obsessions.

Yeah, you are definitely right there. But even in the Cell Saga we see Krillin and Piccolo develop, and each has a few moments in the Buu Saga...they are really the only non-saiyan who develop in the entire series.

I'm just not sure if they really got the development they deserved. Piccolo seemed to really take on the mentor-role he had during the Saiyan saga. Krillin, aside from the relationship with 18, didn't really develop.

Kuririn developed a whole bunch until the Buu Saga, and yeah it tapered off, but he still had his own features and moments during the story. He developed as a family man and you got to see him enjoy what he struggled the whole series to enjoy. 18 developed in the Buu saga, but only because there was nothing to really compare her to except a killer.

Krillin's my second fav. DBZ character. I vaughly remember that outfit, mostly I remember him in the orange outfit, and maybe something in blue? Eh, I haven't watched DBZ in a few years. I love the look on his face. Awsome_sauce.

Yeah, he wasn't in the outfit for two long, just as saiyan saga ends and they're about to board the namekian ship he's wearing that and Bulma is wearing the space suit and comments on his fashion sense. Of course, Gohan shows up looking like a little explorer and very over-packed.
