Description
Its been 20 years since My Life as a Teenage Robot premiered on Nickelodeon, my underrated show. So here are my top 10 favourite My Life as a Teenage Robot characters.

10: Smytus - Though Smytus is more intelligent than earthlings, being an advanced cybernetic alien life-form, he is power-hungry and boastful, and occasionally makes a fool of himself because of this trait (e.g. losing the Pip Crystals to the Crust Cousins in Dressed To Kill because he was too busy gloating and berating his minions). Despite his normally ruthless, serious, and menacing outward demeanor, Smytus can be rather silly at times, and seems to have a sense of humor and an eccentric personality.

9: Killgore - He is a diminutive wind-up toy robot with a tag that reads “VILLAIN” attached to his head. Nearly everyone in Tremorton finds Killgore adorable, despite Killgore constantly trying to convince them (and himself) that he is an evil and powerful villain.

8: Vega - When Jenny came to Cluster Prime, Vega saw her as a friend, even when she figured out that Jenny was XJ-9.

7: Melody Locus - I think this character doesn't deserved to hate, because she wasn't rude to Jenny when upon meeting her.

6: Nora Wakeman - Dr. Nora Wakeman comes off as a lively and exciteable woman, devoted to her robotics science and defending Earth from intergalactic terror. She is typically seen building gadgets, reading science articles and newspapers, drafting plans, or testing Jenny's robotic abilities. When in danger, she's usually the first to jump into action, standing her ground without hesitation.

5: Tuck Carbunkle - Brad Carbunkle's little brother who is often tagging along on Jenny Wakeman's adventures, despite his own childish fears.

4: Vexus - The former master of The Cluster and the arch enemy of Jenny Wakeman. She has clashed with Jenny many times before, nearly succeeding each time but ultimately fails. Her Second-In-Command is Smytus. She possesses the ability to transform, but typically for means of disguise, compared to the multitude of battle forms that Jenny typically uses. Her known disguises include a photographer ("Hostile Makeover"), a robotic nurse ("Tradeshow Showdown"), another robot girl named "QT2" ("Designing Women"), a girl named "Violet", and as "Vicky" ("Queen Bee"). I love how she is voiced by Eartha Kitt, who also voiced Yzma from The Emperor's New Groove.

3: Brad Carbunkle - Brad is known to be very adventurous, and enjoys tagging along when Jenny fights crime. He is also known to be a ladies' man and he tries to get other girls to like him; however, many of the girls he tries to flirt with reject him. Brad dislikes being on the sidelines. Brad is also observed on many occasions as being stubborn. In the episode "Unlicensed Flying Object", Brad portrays his more stubborn side of his personality by disregarding his safety having been told not to interfere with anything dangerous. He also has been observed as being slow or unperceptive, which sometimes annoys Jenny.

2: Sheldon Lee - He is a nerdy teenage boy who has a crush on Jenny Wakeman. Though his romantic feelings for her are not often reciprocated, Jenny considers Sheldon a close friend, and has shown affection for him on numerous occasions. Sheldon is skilled in robotics and has created gadgets and modifications for Jenny, usually very unnecessarily bulky and extravagant, as well as doing minor repair work.

1: Jenny Wakeman - Thanks to having advanced artificial intelligence, Jenny's personality is that of an eager, young, tomboyish teenager. She desires a sense of freedom but also wants acceptance from her peers. She generally possesses a kind personality and likes anything pertaining to teenage activities but becomes agitated when her mother or her duties get in her way of her enjoyment. Unfortunately, being kind and sweet, she is easily trusting of others and, as a result, can be quite naive. The Crust Cousins, Brit and Tiff, have often taken advantage of this for self-gain or to humiliate Jenny. Despite this, she can also be mischievous, hotheaded, careless, and stubborn at times, but always learns from her mistakes.
