Yes, it's Dora Mattingly, daughter of Pariah and Desiree. I liked this pic better as a sketch, but whatever. Dora has always been one of my favorite DP characters, and when I saw this version I jumped for joy. I think it's okay, I'd done better I've done worse. But I owe GIANT hugs to a certain someone whose tutorial on how to paint in Microsoft Paint really helped out. -blows kisses- Oh, and I KNOW her eyes are lopsided. I'M NOT PERFECT OK PEOPLE!

EDIT: My friend saw the picture and was all 'ZOMG why did you post that version?' Only then did I realize the shaded version was still on my computer...
