Nice Raph! Β I enjoyed the movie, as well. Β The critics who weren't Turtle fans in the first place didn't like it. Β Not surprising. Β They definitely did an amazing job with the Turtles looking real and distinct. Β I think they failed with Splinter and went over board with the Shredder. Β He had so many large knives on him that he wouldn't have been able to move after a minute due to the shear weight. Β Megan Fox was hot and was more than adequate for April O'neil. Β The jokes, banter, and action were on par with the series. Β I look forward to another one. Β
I've been playing the video game that came out well before the movie for the PS3....Out of the Shadows. Β Not bad for $15 and the Turtles are more like the old school ones. Β There is soooo much potential for the Ninja Turtles to be a great game. Β I wish a developer would take it seriously and put as much time, money, and development as a C.O.D. or Uncharted. Β Surprised they didn't throw a shitty version out with the movie.....glad they didn't. Β Β

I may not be a fan of TMNT, but...I think this new live-action movie's turtles were...off and freaky, and those faces just scream uncanny vibes to me like they tried to merge turtles with Shrek.
I think Turtles Forever was great, but they could have given justice to the two cartoons of TMNT in it and all that.
