<333 I haven't enjoyed anime for over five years now. Sailor Moon was the first one that I watched. 
I love how you didn't define her features completely, everything was done in a more abstract fashions using shapes to suggest details. I also love the use of thick shadows isntead of blending everything together. Awesome work.
