Perennial enemies at peace: Aggregate knight and Communion marine in their respective full dress uniforms, completely innocently appraising each others sidearms.

Their sidearms are not created equal. While Aggregate knights may wear all manner of long blades as part of dress uniform, their actual weapons of war are overwhelmingly likely to be of the ship mounted variety. Meanwhile the FBS knife worn by the marine in dress uniform is exactly the same knife he would wear on suit in a boarding action.
