Program used to approximate legs jutting into the third dimension: Roblox Studio
Art Style: Subpixeling into white background/Balancing pixels otherwise. Using contrasting colors where the legs approach an outline.
Character: Far Away Star
Scale: 18 pixels ~ 20 cm (27 pixels ~ 12 inches)
Profile: Facing forward.
Art History: Got a statue on LittleBigPlanet Servers after requesting an Eevee with some design on it. Made an FNF spritesheet (a very very basic one. No movement frames.) This is the front view of the 'idle' after looking at legs modeled off of that using Roblox Studio.
I admit this is not perfect. Subpixeling the back tail could use some work for example. If you want to 'fiddle with this', go ahead.
