Here is my first human OC, Police Constable Arnold Jenkins.

Arnold was born in the 15th of August, 1969, in Liverpool, the UK.

His father is a builder, who served in the British army during WWII, while his mother is a baker.

In 1993, at the age of 24, he enlisted in the Police department, and in 1999, at the age of 30, was transferred to the Island of Sodor, he still works there as a police constable, at the age of 52.
