Here's one of my favorite ocs as of recent (past few months) and his name is Wren. He was a criminal who was wanted for identity fraud and money laundering. He was eventually caught, but was forced to join an organization that turned criminals into law enforcers, whether they like it or not.
Wren is a chill dude that dresses however he wants, regardless of gender expression bc its what he's comfortable with. He's stoic and a bit selfish, which may come off as apathetic, but he's not heartless, as he expresses his feelings more through actions. His signature weapon is a gunblade he got from the organization that he wants to get out of.
