Angel got asked to bake some sweets for the party, along with her speciality, Chocolate Chips Cupcakes! But not everything is roses-

At first she was planning to go to the Masquerade Ball but she got told "This aint a party for children, Angel- You could stay by the garden with the other kids, they will be playing games and eating cupcakes!"

"...But Im not a child, sir-" She retorts a bit hurt. "And I would like to participate with the othe-"

"Angel, dearest- Its okay- Every kids wants to be seen as an adult, but... You are not quite there yet, so dont you worry-"

A child? Im- Im like, 18!
The small bunny paces around her room, overthinking in annoyance what the higher rank had told her. Why would they just dismiss her like that??? Was it her behavior? Size?

...Looks?

She stares at herself in the mirror, wings dropping and face falling. Im a baby pokemon. No wonder everyone treats me like one. No matter what I try to do, they just see me as a small defenseless Buneary...

The next day, the night just before the ball, Angel was still feeling quite sad and droopy. Yet she had promissed to help out with the preparations, and a promise is a promise. So she was not going to disappoint in any way.

She needed help tho-

So she managed to find help from our local pretty seal, Lavenza, to keep the kitchen organized while Angel baked. Which was quite a hard choice- Angel is not exactly an angel in the kitchen (badumts). With a lot of quick movements and chaotic orders, the poor pokemon was just being thrown around in order to help. But all worked well by the end (somehow) and the chocolate chips cupcakes were all ready before the party!

After the work was done... They had a good talk about this whole ball thing, and how the two were perceived by their peers...
