As Cell was causing a mess in the field with 17 and Piccolo, 18 decided it was time to use the shrink ray she secretely stole from dr gero's lab.She shrank Cell before he kills Piccolo, so Piccolo get touched in the action. 18 then grabbed Cell in one hand. Thought that Piccolo tried to helpΒ
the androids against Cell, he was grabbed a well not sure about his fate.
