It's interesting seeing this now when we finally learned that TiTaN controlled the scavengers (score for me, I thought it was gonna be that way) Essentially he is using the Scavengers to strip away material that is still useful and essential "recycle" The usable material from the planet. Dats wack

this is actually the most frightening environment, but at the same time, it really makes you think about TITAN and what this whole comic is all about.
