Great mood. I find the left part of the picture is a bit too dark though... The cemetery in the background is insanely well rendered...

What messages this sends, the light and the darkness...the narrow path to the church in compassion to the wide area by darkness..
Truly awesome.

Yes, it satisfies the fantasy bit of my brain that gets neglected as I trudge through the school day....aside from the occasional lightsaber fight....and blue day...

I don't exactly know what it is about this, but it is absolutely amazing. It's kinda like looking for the light at the end of the tunnel kinda thing. I dunno but i am absolutely amazing. Thanks

I don't think I could more accurately record how I feel right now, nor more artistically. I love the many textures you used in this work, especially the thick pallete-knife sky - How on earth did you do that digitally?
I'm definitely going to keep an eye on your work. As a side note, I can see why many would liken your style to that of Tim Burton. He loves a controversial macabre theme that can poke fun at the things we see every day but bring real questions to the surface, ones that are a bit disturbing. He's fond of twisted, bare trees like you used, and a rather morbid setting.
Once again, I'm immensely impressed, thank you for uploading this work.
Rob

Thanks a lot Robert - happy you liked the image.
The sky was done in Painter with various brushes, not sure how I did it - I just go along and experiment
I have always enjoyed Mr. Burton, but never tried to do what he does - that would be a sin... but of course he is in my mind when I do my images, a long with other of the great ones!
