Ok so, I don't know where to start, I guess I'll start in a random spot. Alright, this is actually pretty good. You've improved a little more, and I like to see that Lolle. I also can't find any parts of this art to criticize. I'll start on the head. The head is kind of too big for the body, I suggest making the head a little smaller. The eyes are also really big, I suggest making the eyes a little smaller and a litte wider. I also suggest drawing a neck, since the head kind of looks a little squeezed in. I suggest looking at a reference, its perfectly fine to look at a reference since I look at references when I'm having trouble. For example, say I'm having trouble drawing legs or arms, I look at a real life reference to help me draw the leg. It is also fine to use other peoples art for a reference, such as your fav artist, they can help you improve a little more on parts your having trouble with, just try not to copy their art style too much. That's all I really have to say.
