yeah I really wanted him to have a reaction, hopefully we'll get something in the movie.
They have such a rich history, it's hard to imagine Megatron's death wouldn't affect him at all.

I wonder if that really was it for Megatron though, considering no one seemed to find his body or anything things are left rather open. I'm not going to hope for too much though considering they wanted the decepticon/autobot struggle over once and for all so they can move on to other things.
