That should be animated.

I like the colours, and the shapes of the monster things seem to suit the colours. Or maybe it's the other way around. Sorry, I'm a bit high.
Anyway, the shapes are nice, the wobblyness gives the picture a bit of movement.
And finally, I like the scratchy brushstrokes.
Finally + 1; The three with un-growly faces are good, they kinda stand out but blend in at the same time.
