I added more layers to the trees and told myself, "Don't worry! The colors and shading will all make sense when you start lighting it....don't worry...it will look amazing.... it'll be FINE! ..... sobs."
Fun fact: I did actually attempt a version where I drew the individual leaves. And I have to say...I may get a headache painting backgrounds, but I think I loathe sketching every, single, solitary leaf more 🤣
