It's SOOO cute 
This Bird's Nest Tiny Top Hat was made By me and my crew. All our Tiny Top Hats are handmade and unique. They are fashioned with an elastic headband and a removable clip to keep it on your head.
It's super cute and has an adorable little bird in the top to keep you company

This is so stinking CUTE!!! I want to do this with my cockatiel....except he's still alive and that would get messy but the idea is adorable!!! It reminds me of that old Sylvester and Tweety cartoon where Tweety runs into a hat shop, is thought to be a decoration, and spends the whole rest of the episode riding around on a hat.

Hmmm We've never attempted to put it on a comb...but we could put it on 2 alligator clips, that costs a little extra to do though (for the clips) $2 more
