This Like a Sir Tiny Top Hat was made By me and my crew. All our Tiny Top Hats are handmade and unique. They are fashioned with an elastic headband and a removable clip to keep it on your head.
This hat is based off of a design entry into our Top Hat contest a while back by kittycatalice although I put my own little spin on it
I think it is my new favorite hat
I mean come on!! He's even wearing his own hat!!
And it's based on my favorite smiley from DA!! PFFFF
