This hat is completely hand painted, even the little tombstones are
I love how this hat tells such an awesome story even though it's a pretty simple hat compared to our other ones ^_^All our Tiny Top Hats are handmade and unique. They are fashioned with an elastic headband on the bottom, allowing you to wear them on your head.
