This Tin Man Tiny Top Hat was made By me and my crew. All our Tiny Top Hats are handmade and unique. They are fashioned with an elastic headband and a removable clip to keep it on your head.
It's our little interpretation of the classic character. He has already received his heart and everything ^_^
