I think some details are better at left and she looks more like Elsa, but both are very beautiful !!

They're both great. But I prefer the first because it has more of an anime style.

I love both but I can really see the subtlety in the new version. The facial features are more realistic and the coloring is beautifully matte. The snowflakes in the braid are wonderfully angled instead of face on. Overall a much more elegant feeling in the posing versus the original's shy hesitation. It's like watching Elsa come into her own along with your artwork. What was already gorgeous is rendered positively stunning.

The new pose seems more natural to me, and I also like the more realistic style. Both are amazing, tho. c:

She looks younger on the left, but lighter and brighter on the right. For the snowflake, I'd choose the left, the sky...colour of the left but lines of the right, so I can't decide completely.
