This is the Lampmaker, who’s skillsets are linked to my other OC, Azarão.
He's basically a handler of sorts, who ensures Azarão's wishes actually come out the way they should. He's the one who trapped him in a lamp to begin with.
He's a sarcastic jerk at best, plain cruel at worst...
