SO THIS is just a moderate rehash of this Mon. XD

I pretty much edited him so that the colors fit together more sensibly, and to make it look more like an honest to god brass instrument with legs. Like a trombone that just won't stop blatting into the night sky

BTW...if this were in a game, it'd be a kind of Snorlax-like situation. In that numerous residents of a village are telling you to pleeeeeease get that awful thing to shaddup already! As in, it's loud enough to play even louder than the background music, and it plays incessantly until you either catch it or KO it. XD

10/10 side quest for Questing Beast.
