TL;DR: Kiting

I've been playing some Don't Starve Together lately and my friends and I have been making jokes about what Don't Starve is a nutshell. A flower picking simulator, a running simulator, etc etc. But one thing that stood out that we all agreed on is the damn kiting in this game.

All the enemies, and I mean ALL of them need to be kited to defeat them. As the game doesn't have any good ranged options, literally what you do to figure out how to defeat an enemy is figure out how to kite them. Now this isn't necessarily bad or anything, it can actually be fun and is a whole lot better than a ton of other games, but it just stood out to me how that's something you'll always end up doing. Thus, to me, Don't Starve in a nutshell is a hell lot of kiting.
