I went to a cheese shop recently and was inspired by the Swiss cheese to make a simple cheese platter. I'm happy with the cheese but the knife and crackers I'm a little less sure of. but that's why we learn. I'd hoped to add more but when I looked at google for images of cheese platters I got a little intimidated by the sheer amount of stuff people put on them so I decided to keep it simple and a little boring, much like myself.
