The self-styled "Eye of the Storm", "Whirlpool on Land", and "Answer to your prayers", Cael is a brash, bold shark who is quite full of himself. Reveling in his powers, he loves to surround himself with swirling water and air, making his tousled hair ripple while he shows off to anything that gives him the time of day, and half the things that don't, too.

In combat, he's as arrogant as he is in the road, rushing in and slamming his foes with powerful surges of water, sending swirls of water around himself to trip up anyone who comes near him, and is way too eager to use his water healing powers on his allies.

Sure, Cael is a terrible person, but he's willing to tank AND heal when everyone else wants to play DPS, so who is the real bad guy here? :V
