Sometimes during an adventure, you come accross a bottle full of strangely colored liquid and there's only one wayto properly ID it.At such times, the main question you have to ask is "Who has the best Constitution saving throw?"
Alas, characters don't know this, so they will often pass around these potions before someone actually takes a sip.
Of course, the wizard could just cast identify, but where's the fun in that? It's not like he's going to drink it anyway.
