Well...this was a beautiful failure.

Wow...this image was a mistake from the start. When I tried to scan in the lines, Panorama maker didn't like it...openCanvas would tweak out while I was coloring it...and now...the original layer file is corrupt. Yes, corrupt. It'll open, but it won't save with a new name, and it won't save in Photoshop file format. Nothing is wrong with my computer, and nothing is wrong with openCanvas...it was the file all along.

Apparently the file became corrupt along the way so that my computer thought that it was taking up a ton of space so that openCanvas--even Photoshop--could not support it. I don't know how it happened...and I wish it didn't. The coloring turned out fantastic...all for it to be a failure.

I might do something to it...load up the unfinished JPEG file into photoshop and mess with it...but not soon. I really need to get done with other commissions and art trade halves. Let's just cross our fingers and hope this never happens again. *Kicks her computer/scanner/panorama maker.*

Anyway, I may redo this alltogether and make sure the lineart is smaller so that htis doesn't happen again. This was the extremely belated birthday gift for ~khrazah ...she bought me a deviantART account and spent her precious time on me and this is all I could give her in return. This is also giftart for ~Mikai-Saotome , *hieilonewolf , and ~Mizuno1 , for being great friends along the way. This is a family portrait of sorts. I hope this ties you guys over for now, because in the future I'm going to do something better. ^^

Critique discouraged...because I know the background sucks, and the girl at the bottom's face is crooked.
