He he...how could I resist that face..(?)....anyway, the goverment is looking for Starfire coz her intergalactic visa had expired for months and unless the Titans can pay the fee (A hundred Tamaranean bucks= A GAZILLION DOLLARS)...Starfire is blacklisted forever...so being broke...the Titans had no choice but to say goodbye to Starfire.

Until RED-X come along....apparently he just won the Intergalactic Lottery and now a GAZILLIONNAIRE...so he proposed that he'll pay the fee....but the Titans Tower belongs to him....

As soon as he get the deal, he started to construct the Titan Hotel, and enlist the Titans as his lowly-paid employees...
