It managed to do this by consuming fish, crustaceans, along with the fact that this creature is resilient to predators due to it's hard shell that almost all aquatic predators were not able to crush with their mandibles. Moreover, in the contemporary world, Psephoderma is considered as one of the best aquatic tourist attractions as a result of it's high intrinsic value, aesthetic appeal, and it's docile nature towards humans. Today, Psephoderma have been sighted roaming the seas of the Gulf of Mexico post the Lockwood incident.
