Honestly, this was a lot of fun since I have my OC, Caldrion Lindigo, throwing out a lot of f bombs after stepping on a rock in a dark cave with the captain of the Straw Hats, Monkey D Luffy.
I tried my best with Luffy’s back side and Lindigo holding onto his foot in pain, and now I feel like saying “I tried my best” it’s starting to become an excuse for my lack of anatomy. I just hope it managed to improved in someway throughout the years for you guys. I hope you like it.
Luffy: Hey, Are you ok?
Lindigo: *glares* YES I’M F***ING PEACHY THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

He applies it to the foot-hole.

He turns back to Lindigo and takes the cotton ball off his foot.
Seth: Okay, that should at least prevent infection...now to apply tha bandaging.
He grabs a patch of gauze and tape and gently puts it over the foot hole.
Seth: I realize this may not be possible right now, but I recommend taking it easy with that foot for a week or so.

Seth: Glad to be of service. Nyeh-heh, of course that's just my medical knowledge. Observe what I can REALLY do!
He grows two extra limbs and wields four crescent-shaped blades, which he uses on a nearby large rock.
Seth: It slices, it dices, and tears up pesky Marines with one easy installment of 4,000 Beli! And a recruitment to the Straw Hats is as accepted as any money.

Luffy: Whoa, that was so cool! How'd you do that?
Seth: Nyeh-heh! Well, since you asked so politely, it all started several years ago, back before Crocodile got taken down in Alabasta. I was studying the ancient gods the Alabastans used to worship, when during a particularly deep look into an ancient Alabasta cave, I found this bright purple, glowing gem floating over a stone altar. I touched the gem, and flash of light knocked me on my ass.
When I woke up, I was turned into a black, orange-eyed jackal-man with Alabasta jewelry adorning by body, and four arms, two of which were retractable! From what I've been able to find, it was called 'The Appointment of Divinity', which without boring Luffy here, happened back in the days of Gol Roger, and is passed down from whoever finds the gem I did. So, after discovering these blades, I went from simply Seth to Seth Akhmet, Emissary of the Crescent Moon!

Seth: Nyeh-heh-heh, you're not the first I've heard say that. In fact, this backstory's why I've searched for Luffy in particular. According to what I could find on this Appointment, I need to fulfill its purpose by working alongside the Pirate King. Since the straw-hatted boy has come so far to attain this desire to be the king, I must join and fight alongside him!

Seth: I can just feel the good vibes comin' from you. Nyeh-heh, so I'm guessing you're offering your services to Luffy too? I mean, you ain't attacking him like that Dreadlock guy. Incidentally, I can appreciate him going to the trouble of destroying hypocrisy, just the he might want to consider the ones he destroys WITH the sinners while he's at it, if you catch my drift.
