Here is an idea for One Piece I had in a dream oddly, but I’m sure will not fit in the show, a brand new OC, the Rat Mink, and leader of the criminal organization Spread, Grooder. I will DEFIANTLY add more to him later.
Also, does he look like a rat? Hope I made him look like one.

Bounty: 325,000,000 Berries

Abilities: Plague Plauge Fruit. It infects the body of the user, but allows him to spread an incredibly painful symptom to anybody he touches. The plauge can kill a normal person in 7.5 minutes as it slowly and painfully desolves their insides, and he can control how long it kills his target. He is also immune to most poisons thanks to his fruit.

He also has no Haki

Personality: Grooder is an extremely calm and creepy individual. One of his most useful methods of making money are sneaking to a town like a rat, spreading the plague to a small group of people and having his gang steal from their corpses and selling them for a higher price in their own store. He hates when people ask for refunds so he’ll have the customer captured, infected, and release them infecting the nearest people. He also loves horrifying people he hates saying that fear is the greatest weapon to be used against an enemy. As a rat, he also loves cheese and can get distracted by it easily. He also has almost no knowledge on any pirates of the new generation along with the Warlords. He also has his own unique laugh like Reekreekreekreekreekreekreekreek.

Backstory: Born on the elephant of Zou, Grooder was often alone and hated being near people, but as he got older, he regretted not spending time with loved ones.
