Description
The point of divergence would be when they both used the subatomic to dismantle a nuclear bomb targeted at Washington DC from within. Instead of dying as they thought, they ended up in the Quantum Realm. Because they're together, they were able to use their heads to somehow escape, like what Scott Lang did in Avengers: Endgame. It probably took them a few days or weeks even. But by the time they returned to the Earthly plane, nearly 20 years had passed.

They wonder what became of their daughter Hope when they were found by S.H.I.E.L.D., meeting Phil Coulson, and then director Nick Fury. They were recruited to join the Avengers Initiative. Thus they become founding members in this timeline, just like they were in the original comics continuity. So they would fight alongside Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, and Thor, who were also founding members.

They would also be superhero couple out of time, since their daughter grew up without them in her live, and she felt resentful towards them. Maybe to the point where she ends up working for HYDRA, where they give her her own Pym Particle-based suit and goes by the name of Red Queen (her MC2 name).

Because Hank also disappeared in 1987, he wasn't there to mentor Darren Cross. So he may or may not even become Yellowjacket. But he might end up working for HYDRA.

Scott Lang might remain a thief and probably doesn't become Ant-Man.

Since Hank and Janet are still in their primes, they might have another child. A son named Henry Pym Jr., who would be at least 5 years old by the time the Battle of Earth, where he's given his own suit, similar to Pym's in Next Avengers: Heroes of Tomorrow.
