This is truely a beautiful peice. The detail and coloring is amazing. But personally I don't think she looks particularly frail. It's her expression. Perhaps she is strong of will yet weak of body? *ponder*

O.O You did that in colored pencils? Holy shit... you hand must have been ready to fall off when you were done...
The coloring in this piece is awsome though. Few colors were used, but you blended them so well it's looks amazing. Then there's that little punch of red that just pops out but not so much it ruins the piece.
The piece is very well done and I think your hand deserves a nice long break.
