Fishious Rend: 85 Base Attack, Water type move x2 for slower Pokemon x1.5 Strong Jaw x1.5 STAB = 570 Base Power. Combine it with Rainy Weather and a Choice Band, and it'll hit harder than Kyogre's Water Spout at full HP. And that's why, despite it being an abomination against nature, I like Dracovish.
This is me being an idiot and using Fishious Rend on a Shiny.
