Origin: He first appeared in a comic book that a boy “Skipper” Has. The mutant sees potential in Skipper. . Skipper is his biggest fan. The Mutant stalks Skipper ok an effort to transform him into a fictional character so he will have a more difficult adversary, but when blue bay and crew fought him with the help of the League of Good Guys, they short circuted his plans by blasting at his Ray turning him into goo, vaporizing him instantly.

Powers: Shapeshifting - The Masked Mutant was a comic book bill with the power to alter his molecular form to transform Into any solid. There was a set back, though. Once he transformed into any kind of liquid, he could not ever change back to his normal self.

Personality: Deadful, and Sadistic
