I created this as a test for drawing on 3d backgrounds.
The colors of the buildings may have been inspired by Undertale? Plus, the aesthetic is also inspired by the early 2000s (not by the 80s, although retro-futurism is slightly in affect).
Fun fact: the date shown on the time stamp is the date Kids Next Door was released.
