Jay and Sean pt. 2Sean sat on the floor, arms resting on his knees, turning his hat in his hands.
"So, do you have any idea what happened to your dad?" Jay asked quietly, looking down at Sean's pensive expression. Sean glanced up at his friend sitting on the couch.
"Your dad said the other gang got him, but I'm not so sure. That voice that was talking to Dad before he died sounded too familiar," Sean responded, putting his hat back on his head. He flopped backwards and continued to talk, sprawled out on the wooden floor. "I wish it hadn't been so dark. I'd do anything to find out who killed him."
Sean sighed. It had been nearly six years since the night he had watched his father die.
"You know, Sean, I might be able to help you find out who killed Danny," a voice from the other room made both Sean and Jay jump. Jay's father, Marquis, appeared at the doorway near Sean's head. Sean looked at him from where he lay on the floor.
"Do you really think it was someone from the other gang?" Sean asked him.
