Verticon, Spectrawave's Cassettacon partner, is the true surgeon of the trio. She's the one that does most of the deep, technical repairs. And she enjoys it. She's pretty evil. Loyal Decepticon, loves her work, she doesn't understand how Spectrawave can become disillusioned, or how Dialatius can turn outright traitor. That is, until Dialatius dies.

I'm sure she has some horrible tragic past, but I get a little tired of those. She's evil. She's a sadistic Decepticon. Why does she need a tragic past? She's loyal to the Decepticons, but even more so to her family, Spectrawave and Dialatius. She'd do anything for them. But following them in betrayal of the Decepticon cause is really pushing it.

If she had, HAD to admit it, Dialatius is her best friend. She loves him. Not IN love with him, but he's been by her side even through all the horrible stuff she did, and continues to do to him. He has some misguided loyalty to her, and she, in turn, actually developed emotions for him. He was... safe.

Oddly enough, she also gets along with the very recent temporary third addition to their trio, Rosanna. That Autobot likes to sing and dance, and Verticon likes to drink. They're a good pair, even if its not a friendship. Verticon just doesn't mind being around her.

She eventually gets rebuilt as the Predacon chameleon, Akki. The onle one of the trio to survive the Great Upgrade.
