To install it, I recommend extracting the Rarity folder to C:\Windows\Media, then running the theme pack file
(This is my first time trying to make a theme pack, so let me know if you encounter any problems, or would like to make a suggestion/request.)
If you would like to use Rarity as your mouse cursor, try using kirigakrenohaku's cursor set:

Also, if you haven't already, give Desktop Ponies a try. Essentially it allows you to have pony sprites trotting/flying around your desktop, hence the name. It even has a few minigames!
