Once a marine biologist, Raymond was mutated when he found a stingray in a barrel of mutagen. After helping the Turtles stop Shredder from destroying the statue of liberty, Ray decided to call himself Ray fillet and is always ready to lend a fin. Ray Fillet teams up with Leatherhead, Wingnut, Screwloose, Mondo Gecko, and Muckman to become the Mutanimals!

and that's how I would do Ray fillet in my version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. One of my favorite characters, Hes based on his original look plus added a black swimwear with robotic like fin shoes
