Description
BIO:Mei Pei Chi was a skilled Shinobi fighter in China. After her father, Chung Ei, was killed by Chinese purple dragons, Mei devoted her life to fight for justice. After coming to New York to fight the ringleader of the Purple Dragons, She met the Ninja Turtles, who she knew through Chung Ei who was an old friend of Splinter. During the fight, Mei was severely wounded, and despite a valiant attempt by Donatello, fell into a vat of mutagen. Even though it mutated her into a turtle, it also healed her wounds. Abandoning her old life, Mei now calls herself Venus de Milo and still fights the good fight. Venus uses her Shinobi magic arts to fight illusionists and mind tricks and her fan blades in combat. Just a wanderer now, Venus will team up with the Mutanimals, Sante, or visit the fab four and flirt with Donatello by teaching him about magic.
