are you?"In this picture, Cell is on the hunt for the Straw Hat Pirates in order to assimilate them (hopefully) achieve perfection. His current target is the Straw Hats' chief navigator Nami. But this being set somewhere before and after the timeskip, he runs into her impersonator Chocolat instead.
I guess Chocolat is REALLY starting to rethink this whole "pose as an infamous pirate with a high bounty to gain some twisted form of respect" shtick now, eh?
Basically, this is a parody of the "Cell absorbs a recognizable female character from Dragonball or any other manga, comic book, cartoon or video game" genre of internet media. Enjoy.
