Waxaplax looks like she had a mental breakdown after being fired for gross incompetence (Crocker has repeatedly tortured and tried to teach the kids that he's gonna rule the world one day, if hiring someone like that doesn't get you fired that only proves the very low standards in Dimmsdale)
