This artwork, as you can see, is a small drawing I did with some inspiration from Eddie LeBron's rendition of a "realistic" Sonic, although with some elements which I decided to throw in to make this take unique in its own rights.

As you can see, all four characters shown above, save for some Sonic Boom sports tape and a pair of shoes, are completely naked. If this was to be used in a movie, the reason would be that Sonic and Friends were transported by mistake to our realm and with time, they discarded most of their clothes/ or they got lost somehow, thus forcing them to seek alternatives. They all sport bandages as protection and padding and Amy made herself a makeshift hammer to use for defence after losing her old one. Sonic lost his gloves but still has his shoes (and so does Tails) and Knuckles was only able to retrieve parts of his gloves, so he uses bandages to compensate.

Also, I decided to add some elements to make them more animal-like and more true to their Earth counterparts. If this was fully coloured, their colours would be faded of sorts; not as brilliant or as vivid as we would be used to seeing them. Knuckles would be reddish but the tips of his quills would be light gray, Sonic would be a grayish blue, Tails would be brownish and Amy would be faded pink. Also, they would have small, hard to notice whiskers and they would sport fangs (not to Dracula proportions, more of cute little fangs). Also, like Eddie's Sonic, their mouths would be in the middle, although they'd be more detailed, especially Amy's, what with her lips and everything.

Personality wise, they'd be rather different at first, for being stuck in the wild for such a long time, away from their friends and family, would make them timid and somewhat aggressive, with a shyness towards humans. As a result, they'd all be rather quiet, only talking when they feel they are safe, which would be jarring especially in Sonic's case. But Tails would be hit the hardest with this, making him almost completely child-like.
