Raphael as he appears in the Bad Future of "Three Years Past". As you can see, he's lost his sai blades and has replaced them with a pair of jutte (which is basically the offspring of a sai and a tonfa).After Leo disappeared, Raph briefly took over as the leader. But with one costly mistake after another, Raphael stepped down and gave the position to Donatello, who has kept the team relatively stable since then. Strangely, he does not blame anybody for what happened, and while he feels he could have done better as Leo's brother, he believes in working with what one still has.
