Description 'Under the wires.'

There are many sights to be seen that make a photo of a mainline steam excursion looks very nice, but this photo here, of Reading 2102 on an excursion under these electric wires, looks very interesting and cool. The Reading 2102 was built in 1945 by the railroad's own shops by older 2-8-0s, and it's a favorable excursion locomotive to the present day. The location of this print is in Washington D.C., with 2102 on the K Bridge in 1972, it's interesting to see the Capitol Dome in the background and the wires, it's an interesting sight indeed.

The photographer isn't listed on the back, only says 'LVG. Washington', with two signatures, it'll be unknown unless someone knows who took this shot.
