Well like the title says. This woman is the only girl Cedric can´t get. Her name is Sephira. And here is the bio of them both;

Sephira and Cedric were really close friends when they were younger but when Cedric started to act like an completely bastard by banging every single woman, she never talked to him again "I don´t want to be friends with a guy who can´t treat a woman the right way" were her only words to him when she left. Years later Cedric went to the bar "Danseuses de cabaret" one evening, sitting down at the bar, not really expecting something to happen until he saw Sephira singing and dancing on the stage with two other young woman. When the show was over he went over to her trying to start a conversation but she refused to talk to him. After some time of giving her charming compliments and being very kind Sephira lost her temper. "Don´t try this with me you mendacious bastard! I know what you´ve done. You broke so many womens hearts with this fucking games! I´m not so naiv like the poor girls you had before so just do me a favor and leave me alone!" Cedric was perplexed by her acting but he didn´t gave up that easy. From this day on he went to this bar every single night, trying to get into a conversation with Sephira again. And as more he tried to get as close to her as he once was, he noticed a weird feeling deep inside of his chest, this feeling was completely new to him, he couldn´t explain what it was but he really enjoyed it though.
